Massage Policies/ Cancellations

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your massage services please do so at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment please reach out as soon as possible. Please be on time for your appointment to fill out new client forms. If you are late for your appointment your add-on services may be cut short. Please be mindful of our therapist time.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for online orders. If there is a problem with your online order please send a email with your order number and we will find a solution.
